Besides Hatha Yoga practice in our Studio, we are also known for our Yoga and Wellness Retreats in a breathtakingly  beautiful and nurturing retreat environments.

Our Yoga and Wellness  Retreats are very intimate in size  allowing for plenty of one on one time with our yoga instructors, and  allowing for a quiet and restful stay.

Our cuisine is colorful, local,  and deliciously almost 90% vegetarian, and almost 90% vegan. We are not restrictive in philosophy and enjoy a strong cup of coffee in the  morning and wine with dinner. Our yoga and wellness  retreats are ideal for deepening your connection to yourself and your yoga practice.

Getting to Know Elizabeth


Elizabeth, RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance)

"I enjoy practicing and sharing the teachings of Hatha yoga and meditation."

Elizabeth is a registered teacher at the RYT 200-hour level with Yoga Alliance. She has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and began teaching and leading small group to retreats since 2014.  Elizabeth is responsible for the operations of yoga practice in her studio located in Simi Valley.  She is the director of Yoga Circa's Yoga & Wellness Retreats.    

Elizabeth teaches Hatha Yoga, relaxation and meditation.

Elizabeth also leads a small group (up to 9 people) to Yoga Circa's retreats (Palm Springs, Ojai, Sedona, Hawaii, Santa Fe)

Workshop Intro to Chakras & Energetic Anatomy with Elizabeth

This is a workshop to anyone who is interested in learning the chakras and energetic anatomy.  


You’ve probably heard people talking about the 7 chakras. They are often referenced in the context of emotional healing or meditation practice. However, you may have found the concept of chakras confusing. Or, you  have not quite understood what place it might have in your life. As it  turns out, everyone can work with chakras, not just experts. Each of  these potent energy centers has a unique vibrational frequency. So, even  a basic understanding of the 7 chakras can enhance your life in  surprising ways.

Whether you’re trying to heal a specific wound, looking to improve  your manifestation work with the Law of Attraction, or just hoping to  boost your overall well-being, it pays to know more about the 7 chakras. 

In this beginner’s introduction to chakras, we’ll explore each chakra’s  meaning and colors.

Yoga practice is included.

Myofascial Release

This workshop will begin with a gentle flow to warm up, lengthen and stretch the major muscles in the body. The larger portion of the class will teach myofascial release techniques, incorporating yoga blocks and tennis balls to release built up tension in muscles and fascia. Myofascial release involves putting sustained pressure on trigger points to increase muscle mobility and reduce pain. This workshop is designed for all levels but please note that certain releases can cause anywhere from slight to moderate discomfort and may not be suitable for everyone.

Yoga for the True Beginner

Join us for 4 times series for the true beginner!   We will focus on the fundamentals of yoga such as centering,  breath-work (pranayama), postures (asana), and relaxation (savasana).   We will go in  depth with a step-by-step teaching approach to seated  postures, standing postures, and balancing postures, in a safe,  comfortable, and fun environment!! Join Elizabeth as she leads this  series.
